Sometimes we hear companies need to be more lenient with employees showing them video meetings late, leaving them late, or not making it due to obligations at home. 


Communication says a lot about you as a leader. It is the driving process for everything you do at work. This can be traced to the project quality, stakeholder relationships, along with customer satisfaction with how well your teams communicate with one another.
