Facing your morning with positive energy guarantees you will be enthused to face whatever tasks you have waiting for you during the day. And that is the key to starting your day.
So, to change your routine, try this instead. Firstly, hydrate yourself after you wake up – drink a glass of room-temperature water. Secondly, when you wake up, spend at least 10 minutes looking at the reflection in the mirror and saying positive affirmations.
Speaking positively about yourself and the day ahead helps you create a cognitive memory.
Make an excellent breakfast in the OPPEIN kitchen and enjoy it. When you face a hard situation during the day, you are energized to face the situation instead of fleeing from it. Skip coffee first thing in the morning, as it may have a dehydrating effect without your knowledge!
Therefore, this is how your morning routine will look (Ideally):

It would also help if you were offline during your working hours. That way, you do not have to constantly worry about your phone ringing. If you want to avoid these drastic measures, you can change your notification tone when you start working.
Naturally, your brain is not accustomed to the new tone, which will not register even if you hear it.
If you like to chime into random conversations in the office while you work, noise-canceling headphones will do the trick. And you can be assured that no one will distract you unless it’s work-related.
3. Have Personal Brainstorming Sessions
All the big fish in the market know how essential it is to have some time to think. In an allocated time frame, you get undisturbed to think of new ideas and products that will revolutionize the industry.
You can start by simply having time to analyze your job and tasks and how you can improve. As you progress, it’ll give you time to think of new ideas you can work on as personal projects, and you can even start a side business.
Essentially, you think time does not have to be about work; you can use it to improve yourself in your areas of weakness. Understand your personal goals, what you have achieved, and how you can accomplish more goals faster and easier, but legally.

5. Prepare a Healthy Mindset
Believe it or not, you can control your mindset. When you start your day right, you are halfway there – so follow tip 1 for the best results. When you step into your workspace, your mind should have a mental to-do list of the tasks that are to be done.
Next, once your system is up and running, you can get straight into the tasks as per their priority. On the contrary, if you start your day with a negative mindset, “Oh, another day at work,” or “Ugh, when’s the weekend!” (I know there are variations you say aloud!) – bunk them for a week and see the difference!
